Quality, simplicity, and value come first.

I designed, programmed, and hand-fabricated my original EMDR lightbars in my workshop after learning that the high cost and complexity of existing equipment were holding many practitioners back.

As the business grew, I moved the workshop into a Seattle-based fulfillment warehouse located directly at a shipping hub. Today, dedicated support staff handle day-to-day shipping and receiving, shaving several days off our delivery times. This efficiency keeps costs low and frees me up to focus on what matters most: our customers.

Despite this significant growth, my hands-on approach hasn't changed. I still personally design, program, assemble, quality test, and package my newest models in Seattle — only now, I use components custom-made to my precise specifications by leading manufacturers.

By listening to years of feedback from private practice owners, universities, and hospitals, we’ve refined our current model into what I believe is one of the best on the market. Most importantly, we’ve done it without compromising my core principles of quality, simplicity, and value.
