Shipping policy

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 0-3 business days in the order they are received.

Domestic (US) orders over $100 USD ship for free (typically) using Ontrac Ground or UPS Ground.

Please note the following:
We DO NOT recommend shipping lightbars or lightbar cases via any USPS service unless you must ship to a PO Box and have no other option, USPS is extremely unreliable for oversized packages.

If you need expedited shipping: 
Please select UPS 3 day for lightbars or USPS Priority for non-lightbar orders.  Please note that we are not able to expedite fulfillment and that your order will ship from our workshop in the order it was received.  Additionally, please note that UPS 3 Day shipping is typically only one business day faster then UPS ground shipping unless you live in a rural area, in which case it averages 2 business days faster then ground.

Non-warranty return shipping is the customers responsibility, shipping insurance is recommended.

In the case of a non-warranty return under our 30 day return policy, expedited shipping (such as UPS 3 Day and USPS Priority) fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
