Refund policy

Returns:

Our primary goal in business is happy customers.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are available to help and work with you to resolve any issue that may have come up, please contact us at sales@emdrlight.com for support.

Non-warranty returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.  Customers must first request a return authorization via our contact page or email at sales@emdrlight.com.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, shipping insurance is recommended.  Due to abuse of our lenient return policy and attempted fraud, which was causing harm to our value oriented business model, we will now be charging a 20% restocking fee on all returns falling under our 30 day return policy.  The restocking fee is used cover our initial shipping/restocking costs/expenses and prevent us from needing to unfairly raise our prices to customers.  Any loss from damage in shipping or missing parts will be deducted from the refund total and email notification will be sent to the customer.  Your payment will be refunded to your original payment method minus our restocking fee, return shipping if you opted for us to supply a return label (at our cost) and express shipping fee if you selected upgraded shipping speed/rate which you paid for during checkout.  We do not accept returns under our 30 day return/refund policy for organizational purchases of more then one unit/set - Please see our organizational purchasing information here for more information and further explanation.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from EMDRLight.com

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, EMDRLight.com will repair or replace at its discretion, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

EMDRLight.com will either repair or replace the lightbar or component at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from EMDRLight.com is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement lightbar or component assumes the remaining warranty of the original purchased good/s or 365 day from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
